Kevin has committed is life and career to “Empowering Successful Leaders.” He is a seasoned executive leader with extensive experience in leadership development, executive coaching, training, and consulting, spanning two decades.
After beginning his career as a journalist and video producer, Kevin served as Vice President of Bethesda Communications, Chennai, India, where he oversaw the business development of a start up media distribution company. As founder of India Leadership Institute he established a non-residential leadership-training program for Indian NGO and business leaders. Later, Kevin served as Vice President of International Operations at EQUIP Leadership, Atlanta, Georgia, USA, founded by Dr. John C. Maxwell, where he facilitated international leadership training initiatives for leader’s and business people worldwide. From EQUIP he moved to become President of Mission of Mercy, Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA. Kevin led the international childcare NGO with operations in 21 nations and facilitated a major strategic and operational transition of the organization, resulting in significant increase in annual revenue and a new strategic focus.
Today, as Managing Director of Exponent Leadership Coaching Services, he provides leadership development and coaching services to high-performance companies and organizations. A certified coach with Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Kevin provides one-to-one executive coaching to senior business leaders, business owners, entrepreneurs and teams who want to change their behavior and overcome obstacles to greater leadership success.
Kevin is certified as a master trainer. He has successfully conducted training and coaching interventions in Leadership, Organizational Effectiveness, Presentation Skills and Cross Cultural management for various corporate clients, including GE, PepsiCo, Credit Suisse, Marriott, Adobe, and MTS Telecom.
He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership degree and is an internationally respected trainer, coach, and leadership communicator, with an engaging, empowering, high-energy style that transcends cultures. He has traveled extensively across the globe and has spent 9 years in India.

The author of The Executive’s Guide to Innovation, David introduces global best practices in the discipline of innovation to help companies invent solutions worth hundreds or even thousands of crores.
Prior to founding The Innovation Workgroup, David worked at one of the world’s leading innovation labs, the Advanced Concepts and Technology group at Pitney Bowes, a Fortune 500 corporation. A lifelong innovator, David holds two patents, has written five books, is a published songwriter, and has created four business solutions that each generated more than one million dollars.
Earlier in his career, David worked as an independent management consultant for such firms as American Express, AT&T, Kelly Services, Philip Morris, Standard & Poor’s and UPS.
David earned his MBA in international management with honors from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, where he served as a research assistant and co-wrote three business cases. A highly-rated speaker, he has lectured on innovation, marketing, strategy, entrepreneurship and salesmanship, as well as teaching business at Stratford University, FOSTIIMA Business School and Sunstone Business School. In 2014, David joined the Indian Council on Competitiveness and the Thunderbird Educator Network.

Currently, he is CEO at Professional Networking Forum where he led the team of professionals to develop the concept and offer to the Helsinki (Finnish) market. PNF’s goal is to teach principles that lead to the individual developing a personal ‘brand’ as well as an implementation strategy that establishes and develops the individual’s personal network into a career enhancing or business enhancing activity. The consumer market is comprised of expatriates’ spouses, foreign students and work displaced residents throughout the Helsinki / Espoo region.
Prior to PNF, Peter worked with fortune 500 companies in the area of Oil and Natural Gas. He has done his BS, Chemical Engineering from the University of New Mexico and his MBA from the Washington University in St. Louis – Olin Business School, USA.
Jon Sween, Founder and President
Jon has a passion for leadership development. For thirty-five years he has worked in the non-profit sector helping people find purpose and passion. Jon has pioneered leadership development in a number of universities around Central Asia, and has been part of a team developing new leadership curriculum for investing in young, emerging leaders on college campuses.
Jon was one of the founders of ISOEL and helped develop an entrepreneurial leadership training process that harnesses a conversational learning model to empower university students with the heart, knowledge and skills they need to be successful in both their life and careers.
Jon has a B.A. in History and Education from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. He also holds a Masters in Leadership Development from Fuller Seminary.
